Morning All= That grill sounds like the bomb Web. I predict many good family nights will be attributed to your new investment.
Eight hours to go to knock out this 40 hr work week!!
Heading to Atlanta this weekend to look at a vehicle with the new hubby. His is getting ready to be passed down to his daughter who's turning 16 here in a couple of months.
I gotta get going. The market bell is getting ready to ring...
YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS its Friday at last!!! This week is nearly over, as is my on-call duty. It hasn't been bad, but just knowing I have to be on alert at all hours sucks.
Looks like some of the other groups around here will be getting layoff notices next week. Beyond the normal level of concern for people losing their jobs, I was informed this morning that one of our "twitchy" guys is looking at investing in some AK-47's... yep... more than one. I find that a little alarming. Me and the guys are discussing exit strategies.
Otherwise... one week til vacation! Not that I'm counting or anything.
Hope everyone has a great day.

With my luck, I'd get fired for carrying. We are hoping if dude snaps that he goes after the guy he dislikes the most right off. That way we will have enough warning to start heading for an exit.

That is generally where they head - or to the people that fired them.
You can't get fired if they don't know you have it. And if for some awful reason you ever needed it to defend yourself or others agaist a psycho loose at work with two AK 47's, they would be stupid to fire you. Talk about a PR nightmare.

Howdy, y'all. I missed work again yesterday -- that makes two days this week -- not good on the weekly budget.
Thought Isaac had poison ivy, so had the doc look at it. It eded up being scarlatina (scarlet fever rash). He didn't pick it up from strep throat, but from strep in some wounds from skeeter bites and scratches on his leg.
We had some nasty weather again yesterday morning, but we're ok. Turns out a F2 tornado touched down outside Sapulpa (where I work and kids attend school) just before 5 am. We actually live about 15 miles south of Sapulapa (Kellyville) in the sticks, but we didn't have any damage -- not even a broken limb. Whew!
And... it's raining...

DS, I'm hoping that because he just has the rash it's not a big deal?
I was worried I might have strep yesterday. I woke up with a rash Wednesday morning, and then Wednesday afternoon my throat was suddenly very painful. Luckily (?) today I'm all stuffed up and sneezy and coughing, and if I have a fever, it's a low grade one.
Mz, that is the impression I took from his doctor. It is more irritating than anything because it itches really bad. The worst thing is that he has it on his groin...

twitchy times make for some twitchy dudes and dudettes.
Never hurts to be friendly...no sense making a hard time for someone any harder...
That one act of kindness may KEEP someone from going over the edge.
Agreed. There are a couple people around here who make us all a bit nervous, but when the guys told me this morning that the one dude is AK shopping... and they were being serious... it weirded me out a bit. Hoping its nothing, but his group is definitely slated to be in next week's round of bad news grams.

Maybe you DID get that from me. That is exactly how mine started.
Oh, and if you have to move a wall, watch your fingers . . . that's how my smashed finger started.
