Good Thurday Eve!

Dove-

the google earth is just mind-blowing. I've got like 6 people at work totally addicted to it.

This one guy from Thiland was able to show is where exactly he was from. I am right now down at street level between the buildings on Chicago's Michigan Avenue!

A few of the forum members sent me their addresses for when I mail out the flyers I have, so I was able to check out of few of your neighborhoods and towns! TOO AWESOME!!!

I hope everyone is having a good evening! I am on one of these 48 hr all liquid diets, I got a few pounds I want to shed, and haven't had time this summer to hit the gym. I broke down and had a peanut butter sandwhich tho. Feeling quite weak.....24 hrs to go!

Tell me about it JD, that program is controlling my life right now!

Tonight I toured the Hollywood Hills, tried to see what they're hiding at area 51, and checked out about half of the major league ballparks.

TOO COOL!

Hi guys!

That's cool. I'm glad I shared it, I didn't know if anyone would care or not but seems to be quite popular.

I really don't know why looking at the top of stuff is so appealing but there's something about it that is addictive. Maybe it's just a guy thing?

Hey webguy,

I just like seeing stuff i never saw.

It's also cool to revisit places I used to vacation and stuff.

i even used it to peak inside of a place i always wondered about.

When I was a kid in grade school, there was always a story about the business across the street. They had a HUGE wooded lot that was surrounded by a high security fence, and we never saw hardly anyone coming in or out of the place. There was no angle from which you could see anything other than trees and hills.

Anyway, the rumor was that some kids jumped the fence and found a huge acid pit, as big as a small lake, and that there were skeletons in it from dead animals.

I never did get a chance ot find out what the company did or if the acid pit actually existed.

Last night I zoomed right in there and found the lime pit (that's what I was later told it was) along with a bunch of buildings and what appears to be a ton of train cars.

TOO COOL!

Thanks again!

Dave I think some places have not been fully photographed in high-res YET by the satallite. Even 1/2 of Milwaukee appears fuzzy that way. I bet its just a matter of time.

I went to the Eiffel Tower today.  Breathtaking, even on a satellite image.  You could see the gigantic shadow that it cast, it was very surreal.  I tried to visit the Grand Canyon, but it kept messing up on me.  Check out the Florida Keys, you can see where the coral reef is in the water!

Hey I think I'll check out Australia tomorrow!  Oh, what about the Great Wall of China?  I think the attraction, at least for me, is being able to see things that normally I wouldn't get to see, kind of like a peeping tom.

I was overwhelmed by the thought that this is how God sees the world, and how easily He can move around it.  Anywhere, anytime, just by wanting to be there.

Whoa!
