Well thank you Star!!! I just happened along this site while trying to find some sort of decent station to listen to while at work. I think I have found it as this station ROCKS!!!!. I have yet to find a song I didnt like. I think that this will be my permanent radio station! As I said I love to meet new people so feel free to drop me a line anytime. BTW the Avatar of Hobbes does not mean that I am like him ( well yeah ok I am)

Hey THumper- I noticed that you are from Tulsa OK. I was there for 2 weeks a decade ago (probably to the day)- and the locals were really nice people.


THere is/was a bar there that used to be a pizza hut- still had the pizza hut roof- but they served the BEST prime rib I ever had. Plus this guy in the band that was playing was as good, if not better, than Stevie Ray Vaughn. That was a very cool place! 'cept for the 3/4 beer!!


Any idea of the bar I am talking of??? I don't recall the street name. It was a long strip. I was there to learn about postal regulations and presort machines at Postal Technologies, Inc. Ever hear of them?

I have heard of them Although I dont think they are in town anymore.


The bar you are referring to was located on Peoria Ave which is the "strip" everyone went to back in the days. There was a bar nearby called Concessions, However the one you are thinking of I believe is the Blue Moon Cafe.
