It's hard to believe, but this is the first day of summer. It has been over 90* here already for a couple weeks straight so I can only imagine how great it is going to be for July and August. I'm not sure that the rain cycle is over yet. Looked like we might have a storm rolling in later today from what I saw on the weather.
Anyhoo... at the office early to finish up the decorating for Brehznev's birthday. He should be back at the office today.
I hope it is a quality Monday for all.

Went camping this weekend. We actually got really lucky. We drove through a really wicked storm on the way there, but it had passed over by time we got there, so we didn't have to set up a tent in the rain. After the storm, Saturday's weather ended up being really nice.
But now that we're back home, it's roasting. Today's real feel is supposed to be 101.
Morning all. Happy summer. We will be in the 90s all week with humidity. We had a hot weekend too. It was 94* yesterday and they say the average is suppose to be 82*.
I enjoyed my extra day off. Now it is back into the grind awaiting the next extra day off.
Work on.

I just looked at our forecast... heat index of 98-102* all week. YAY. Chris is presently on his way back from Iraq for a visit... should be in tomorrow morning. I'm pretty excited about that.

Yes, the girls had it on. And I said, "Hey, I know that guy with the purple pants and green hair." The I proceeded to ask which one was which. Now I know.

I just got up and now I think I shall hop on the exercise for a bike a bit before showering up and starting my day.
We're under a thunderstorm watch right now but I won't get my hopes up. We've had some heavy rains this year, but no really big thunderstorms. Wisconsin weather is B-O-R-I-N-G!
Jacob & I were driving to town Saturday evening just after dusk and way out in the distance was an awesome cloud full of lightening and it seemed to be lighting up to the music we were listening to on the radio. Very cool.
