For my esteemed employers today we have a simple lunch


A plate of seafood    main dish ( Roast beef) Seafood( lobster,crabs, shrimp,flounder)

Looks tempting, but will pass.  I am having chineese noodles with tofu and chicken mixed with a little green beans.  A huge plateful is only 390 calories and I have difficulty finishing it.  No oil of course.

Changed my mind, I think I will break my diet and eat red meat.  Some of that roast beef with horseraddish.  To die for.  I like it so my eyes bleed.

I shall Serve Hot buttered biscuits from scratch


Collard Greens


Grits


Fried Chicken and Baked Chicken ( for my guests with diet plans)


Mashed Potatoes


Spare Ribs


Summer Sausage


Okra


Drinks will be Wine, Water,Beer,Soda,and Tea, for CP a glas of JD with a splash of coke


and For dessert???? Chocolate Cheesecake, and Creme Brule

Thump-

You've been to New Orleans- I just love that town for food. Don't have to spend a lot to eat like a king. One night we simply had 2 bowls of red beans and rice (which had sausage, onion, celery etc in it) for like $2 a bowl. With a couple dollar maragritas the whole dinner was $10. awesome- this was at Masphero Cafe.

Mm, that sounds so good.  I don't think I can even get veal parmesean anywhere in town.  And here, I can get anything I want because I have to fend for myself for dinner tonight, and I have no clue what I want!

Dinner will be left to you. There will be plenty of leftovers. If there are any requests I shall be happy to fill them
