The lemonade was most refreshing.  Played golf this morning.  At 6:00 am it was already 90 degrees and the humidity just stinks.  By the time I finished 18 I was soaking wet.

Thank you

The pics are from Google. However They are all dishes that I have made for family, friends and Coworkers. I organized a whole potluck last year for 4 th of July and made 150 pieces of chicken , 25 pounds of Ribs ( Thank god my family had plenty,)plus 4 triple chocolate cakes and 15 dozen cookies. Its all old hat to me and luckily I had my partner and a couple of really close friends help fix everything. All this for about 150 people

You ever think of opening a catering business some day?

Don't do it.  I spent many years as a caterer.  The Hotel I worked at provided outside catering.  It is a nightmare to serve 100's in the ballroom, let alone being off site.  Don't do it.  It's not fun.   Stick with freinds and family.

I would never do catering. Love to enter contests and hope I win. I won best dessert out of 200 contestants a year back with a cake that takes 4 hours to make  but is very simple
