How I love that this is a holiday weekend! I'm working on the family feast in the hopes that if I make it they will come. I invited Chris, Anna, and the kids over for dinner. They are planning on spending a good deal of the day at Oceans of Fun... water amusement park... so I'm hoping they will come over afterwards.
On the menu:
BBQ Country Style Pork Ribs Hot Dogs (for the kids... picky little eaters) Potato Salad Baked Beans Corn on the cob Mac & Cheese (maybe) Chips Home made vanilla ice cream Brownies
