That is exaclty me today.  The man called and yelled that I didn't respond to emails or phone calls yesterday.  They treat me like crap and now are kissing my feet to get me to fix the ordering matrix to get all product back in stock.  They want me to explain my strategies, I of course keep my lips sealed on how I do it.
