now I love Cher as much as the next person, I saw her in concert three times,  but considering one artist is only allowed every 2 hours or so, what's with Song For The Lonely coming on only four songs after Believe?  If it was a Phil Collins/Genesis, Steve Perry/Journey case I could possibly understand it.

I have a hunch that the extra Cher had something to do with a bunch of us (Including JR) chatting in the chat room until 2:00am. There may have been some drinking involved too. I guess that's one of the perks of partying with the boss. ???

Riggs might know all the rules and regulations, and bi-laws and addendums and what not! I think we at Freeze Frame are not governed by FCC like the big-boys are- I am not sure how they do it. I want to say internet broadcasters are governed by something called FBLA or RIAA or SWAT or something.....Riggs knows.
