We didn't have a quarterback. Kolb kept trying to throw the ball to the wrong green guys. I think this season will suck more than I thought it was going to. At times our defense looked good. At other times they looked like a bunch of grandmas trying to make tackles. And speaking of tackling, if our special team could tackle, you guys wouldn't have had the ball at the 50, the 40, the 37, the 40 the entire second half. If only the dumbass didn't fumble the ball on the Eagles' opening drive of the 2nd half. And Andy Reid proved he is still horrible at managing the game clock.
Apparently Kolb should have stayed out of the game after he went face first into the turf during the first half. Then the Eagles may have actually had a chance to win because they would have gotten started on the comeback sooner.
As I said, I didn't really expect the Eagles to win, but I hoped they would have been able to pull out a victory.

Well, that concussion will be a valid "reason" to play Vick for several weeks...and if the Eagles string together several wins it would be hard to give the reigns back to Kolb. At least for now.
Kolb will play if he is cleared. I am sure Reid has already said and reiterated that Kolb is his guy.
But you are right, should Vick come up like he did yesterday and so it for two or three weeks, there will be issues. However, I still think they will go back to and stay with Kolb even if he loses.
I think the Eagles were lucky that they were fresh from trainng camp and games where Vick got playing time at QB. If the concussion happened 6 weeks from now, I don't think Vick would have been as prepared.

I hate to admit it, but Vick looked pretty good in that game. He handled himself very well. I think he has his eye on the top spot regardless of what anyone else says.
