Does anyone have any unusual talents? Like tying a cherry stem in a knot with your tongue or anything like that?
Personally, I can stand up, keep my legs straight, and not only touch my toes, but I can put my palms flat on the ground.
And just recently, I've found that I can be laughing at something in the forum, hear the VP approaching my office, and make a straight face for the few seconds that she's passing. That has to be a talent!
I can talk on the phone, Cook, Watch Tv and read a book all at the same time and tell you what I am reading and where I am at, Cook a scrumptious meal, Tell you what program is on TV, and tell whoever I am talking to about my latest purchase without losing a beat.
Jstdve - it counts if they are still utterly clueless when it's explained but everyone else gets it - Sarchasm - The gulf that exists between a witty comment and the person who doesn't get it.
I can mimic a bob white and a whipoowhil. I'm not saying it's great, but it gets the birds to chattering. I can also do the electric slide completely drunk, which I have to say I'm very proud of. I can turn an ordinary phrase into a passage from a romance novel. You know, like Joey on Friends making any phrase sound dirty ("There's always room for jell-o")? Yeah, I can do that in romance novel format.
Web, everyone has a talent. It's just that there might be something that you think is totally ordinary, but some people can't do it. My son can wiggle his ears, raise his eyebrows and wink at me all at the same time. He gets out of trouble a lot like that. He'll do that and I'll laugh and I'll forget (sometimes) what he was supposed to get punished for.

My son is one of the coolest kids I know. I may be biased, but I don't think so. He is his own person and doesn't let any of the other kids change him. For instance, he made up a CD of his favorite songs and it had an eclectic mix of music on there from Queen and Heart to Waylon Jennings and Alabama. He might be J.R.S. III, but he is truly an original (and handsome to boot!).
O.K. I'm now stepping down from my motherly pride soap box.

I can wiggle my nostrils and shoot pool left or right handed. I'm also the quickest memorizer of a script that I know of. That is suprising because I'm a total scatter-brain in many other situations.
