I was originally planning on taking tomorrow off, but we're not going to Chicago this weekend, so I'm going to go ahead and work. I probably should've taken it off anyway, since I'm also taking Monday off, which means no overtime pay for next week (our work week is Friday-Thursday). But I feel like I need to be here.
My hair is now subtly blue. Unfortunately, my camera phone takes such horrible pictures, you can't tell the difference. I'll have to have my husband take a picture at home tonight. I wish I would've brought it into work, because the blue shows up better under the fluorescent lights (like I said, it's subtle).
We were listening to old time radio shows last night. Now I have "Mares eat oats," stuck in my head. My grandma used to sing it to me.
Mares eat oats, and does eat oats, and little lambs eat ivy. A kid'll eat ivy too. Wouldn't you?
Morning all. I've been here doing some little stuff. I'm not sure what else I want to do today. I have things, boring things, to do but I don't reallt want to do much of anything. There is an all hands lunch meeting at 11:30. Meeting starts at noon. Fun. That'll get us out of the office for close to 2 hours.
Oh well, moving on...

Good day, all. It is not going to be a pleasant one around here today. Another department is going to take a heavy hit on the layoffs. The boss was out yesterday having a tooth extracted, so he is in pain from that... then he also hurt his back this morning... and he's getting beat on about a network event that happened a couple days ago. All in all, the boss is on the warpath.
And I'm finally getting around to posting this... but I have to run to the first beatdown meeting of the day. No worries... I'm delivering the beat down, not receiving it.

I made it . . . with an hour and 15 minutes to spare.
All done (almost).
yay. me.
The only thing I have left to do is to hang the door/mirror on the medicine cabinet. I'm not sure which way to make it open, so I'll wait for Mrs Web to get home then we can decide and then I'll hang that door and drill for the pull.
