Do you think he still wears his sunglasses at night?

Only if he's trying to hide something or pretend he's still cool.

Cool NEVER has an expiration date.  Wearing sunglasses at night is a necessity because when you're cool, the sun shines on you 24 hours a day.

Hey, man.  I believe it was Timbuk3 who said, "The Future's So Bright, I Gotta Wear Shades".  It is a deep & meaningful statement...

Or

Since I'M stuck in dark glasses, they MUST be cool.

I recall being in my senior year of high school when this song came out and I was crazy for a girl named Mary.

So I loved the opening of this song.

Mary Mary You're on my mind
The folks are gone and the place will be mine

Good memory.

Now I have to make a bad memory and go to work.

Lata!

It's one of my staples, too.  Gotta hear it every chance I get.

this madonna or cherish for me.  This song was played all the time while bartending at Park Ave, and one of the few I never tired of.

It just reminds me of a simpler time.

Madonna was new and fresh on the music scene. We didn't know what a tramp she was yet.

I loved the video too, with her just dancing around in black & white, spray painting grafitti everywhere.

Good stuff.

I forget who it is, but I know someone specifically asked me to add the soundtrack. It took quite a while for me to get a copy of it in, but once I did they jumped on it.

How did you feel about the Monkees' "Mary, Mary"?

Really?!  Wow!  We will have to rectify that as soon as possible!  RUN DMC did sample it on one of their crappy records.

Did you not grow up watching The Monkees, Riggs?

I loved The Monkees. It used to play like 3 times a day on different stations. I drove my Mom crazy! I like "Mary, Mary" too. They had a lot of good songs that weren't really popular.

YAY!  I'm so glad you like it!

Some trivia:  Gilby Clarke plays guitar on that track.
