It frustrates me too to see what's going on down there, but I'm not going to sit here in the comfort of my home and criticize the ONLY people that have done anything to help. It's total Bulls**t!

I was sitting there at my Gram's house with my jaw dropped open, i knew they were reading from a telepromter and couldn't believe that someone had typed "george bush hates black people"
I saw on Cnn that he strayed from his teleprompter and that NBC apologized profusely.
i give him a vote for top ten most assinine statememts.

did Jesse go to New Orleans? I have heard rumors that GW still hasn't made it to New Orleans... instead he was seen in mississippi fondling 2 Hooter Waitress wannabees. (although i saw the girls on the news this morning.. i didn't think they looked hoe-baggish, but I think it probably would have been better if he was seen hugging ugly women or men or the elderly... these girls didn't really look old enough to own property themselves)
ACtually he visited both Mississippi and New orleans yesterday using Marine 1 and was on the ground in both locations to talk to people and give short press conferences.
I don't know about the hooters girls wanna be's, but he was hugging victims yesterday and as per usual afterwards they said they didn't like him before, but felt he was sincere in his concern and liked him now.
As for Kanye West, He's just an a**hole. He also tipped his political hand by first mentioning our troops are being used in Iraq (so they're not available here) and then he just blurted out GEORGE BUSH HATES BLACKS.
It just shows his incredible ignorance and his disregard for the purpose of what they were trying to do with the concert. half the country is in GW's corner and when you're on TV asking them for handouts it's not a good idea to rip on him.
I'll tell you what, I'm getting to the point where I'd just like to see California (minus our forum members of course) fall into the ocean.
These actors, actresses, singers and other "artists" live in such a fairytale existence it makes me sick.
Sit there with your money and your safe environment and criticize the people that are actually making a difference. Real easy to have this idealistic world view when you make your living in the land of make-beleive!
