Nope, I'm not alone today. The other owner is here, but the Etch took the day off. My boss and coworker were both supposed to be here, but the cable company is installing new lines at their house today and someone has to be there. Of course, the cable company will be there sometime between 1-5pm, you know how that goes. So my boss will be here for part of the afternoon, but her husband (my coworker) is staying home for the cable guys.

Do you guys have AT&T U-Verse down there?

Last time I called cable I was shocked. They came out the same day and gave me a 1 hour window for when they'd arrive.

I asked the service guy what happened to the two week waits and four hour windows, he said AT&T was cutting into their business and they had to make some big changes to customer service.

Way to go AT&T

We do. The problem for my boss is not that they're getting cable installed, it's that they are upgrading the lines. So this isn't even a requested service.
