As we start our long labor day weekend let's all give thanks for our blessings....one of the blessings we need to be thankful for is our job.
There are literally hundreds of thousands of our fellow Americans from the gulf coast that don't have jobs now and won't for the foreseeable future.
As we did with the Tsunami victims....your company, Crescent Electric Supply will match any donations up to a total of $100,000.00.
We have already made our 1st donation of $100,000.00 to the American Red Cross - Hurricane Katrina Relief Fund today.

Thanks for the Info Ray. US Cellular is matching our donations here as well. Dillards which had 10 stores affected by the Hurricane did fundraisers all across our remianing stores and raised money that will go directly to the employees. They are banking the money to the Regional VP in that area that will then dispurse the money to the employees. They also approved transfers to anywhere in the company stores that are still open.
Thanks Queenie. I guess the Salvation Army is asking for cash donations too. I think I heard some wrong information. Who knows, so much was coming out so fast. Hey it still goes to a good cause and you've made some space for new clothes!!!
