Well, I know what some of us are listening to today. But what about yesterday?
Have you gotten any cool new albums, or just downloaded any new songs?
Are you listening to local radio stations? Are there any new songs that you're in love with?
And/or, are you using a web service? Which one?
I've been using Slacker, and I finally gave in and subscribed to it. I've been working on my ultimate mix. I love that I can feed songs and artists into it, and it will play those songs plus some others, so I'm not just listening to the same thing all the time. And I can keep adding songs, so it's always changing. Here's my station if you're interested in taking a look at what I've done so far: http://slacker.com/r/0c25q
Just got back from a trip to Los Angeles & San Francisco for NAMM & record shopping! Bought many, many CDs, but the first one I put in the player is Buffy: Once More With Feeling, and I have not been able to get past it to play a 2nd one yet.

There are many days that I do not listen to anything but annoying coworkers around me. Some days I have Pandora on. I'm still surprised I can access that. Other than that, I generally keep my portable drive on my desk and will plug that in and listen to soem tunes. But that currently is at home. I took it home durin the holidays to do some cleanup and rearrangement work on it and of course, didn't touch it.

At home I didn't listen to anything, there's usually something on TV I'd rather have on in the background for noise.
At work it's been the iPod and once in awhile Pandora.
I really do like how Pandora works. But I don't get why if I start say a Huey Lewis station they're allowed to play Huey every third or fourth song. Why don't RIAA rules apply to them? It's probably explained in their help section, I should search it out one of these days.
JR, have you tried Slacker? I'm a Pandora to Slacker convert. I think it picks songs much closer to my interest than Pandora does. And I like that I can fine tune it. And I'm not getting barraged by live versions, Pandora seems to do that to me a lot.

I haven't tried Slacker yet. Maybe I'll give it a shot tonight. It never hurts to have options
I do listen to my Slacker station once in a while. My main initial reason for picking Slacker over Pandora was that I could get a Slacker app for my phone.
