Whenever you find one that you like, save it to your computer. Then, go to http://imageshack.us/ and upload it and host your image there (there are other places out there that you can host your image with too, or people who have their own web sites, like me, Web, or Jeremy, can host the image for you). Technically, you're not supposed to link your pictures directly from other people's sites without permission, because it uses up their bandwidth.
