actually both right and confused if memory serves. A rose by any other name would smell as sweet. but don't listen to me I still don't get freehold estates, lifehold estates, estates in fee-less than free hold estate. So for me, confused is confused is confused.
CP's got it. And sometimes the rose just has to disguise itself every once in a while. But it still can't buy a house unless it has good credit. Does a rose by any other name still have the same credit score?
