Right back at you CP. You too Dave. I raise my beer to you both and feel blessed to be able to do so.

Yeah,

I'd love to continue to shoot holes in your crack-pot theories JD, but in the interest of forum harmony I'll put my weapon (the facts) down and go back to talking about the last movie I saw.

Hmmm. That would be FEVER PITCH with Drew Barrymore and Jimmy Fallon. I was a tad bit disappointed. It was a simple movie, a cute movie, but not as good as I had hoped.

As for CP and JSTDVE, I think we're going to at some point have to go ahead and reopen a second section of the forum like we used to, so when topics that are political come up we have a place to talk about them.

LIBERALS AND CONSERVATIVES, no one excluded, but that way if they don't want to see it they won't have to.

One other comment.

I think the thing that frustrates me the most in my debates with JD is that he seems to not care about the facts and is unwilling to consider alternate possibilities to his views.

And I'm SURE he feels the same way about me.

This is frustrating because it's a microcosm of the real politicians today. They're so dug in on their respective sides they refuse to hear and consider the other viewpoint, and as a result nothing gets done. You either have the majority or you lose the issue.

I would be FASCINATED to find out if JD and I could sit down, choose ONE topic we disagree on, and work toward a reasonable plan that we could both agree on to solve the issue. THAT'S WHAT OUR POLITICIANS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE DOING, but they're not.

hmmmmmmm The only thing I can say is that our Presedency was all messed up from the Reagan years on. I supported Democrat and did not vote for Reagan. ( course that year I dif not vote for anyone. I did vote for Clinton both times and voted for Kerry and Gore.

Reagan screwed us over during the AIDS crisis that struck the world in the 80s and it took a long time for him to sign a bill to find a cure and find out what was killing over 500,000 people everyday all over the world.

Clinton Acknowledged AIDS and worked to find a cure for this horrible disease. Accepted that there are gays, Lesbians,Transexuals in the world. and Acknowledged Gay Pride day all over the world.

Bush does not accept the gay lifestyle that has sprung up in every Major City from Rochester NY to Napa Valley CA. and did nothing to help the people of his own state at the hospices to help these people get better.

Clinton smoked POt and screwed a cheesy intern,

Bush just smoked pot and dodged the Army.

Every side as a bad seed. Lets see what happens in 2008!!

GO HILLARY GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
