            All week I waited , patiently timing my posts ,waiting like a child on Christmas Eve , waiting like a waiter who waits at a glamourous 5 star restaurant , waiting like a husband waiting for his wife at the mall , man if I waited any more I would be so weighted down with waits I couldn't stand up straight for a week , ya see. I was waiting for 8:00 last nite , then I was going to post my 1000th post,  a 1 word post  -  HERE !!  sigh , it was not to be . bummer .I wanted to hit it during JD's show but as luck would have it ..... (guilt trip-guilt trip )  LOL  LOL  LOL


 So know I get a little serious , Truth is - it's been a heck of a ride ! First off,  I want to give JD and MR Riggs a BIG thank you for making this all possible . Next I want to thank all the members for being here AND for putting up with me. I think it's neat that I can "talk" with all makes and models  from all over the place and get some different views and opinions and have some fun .  I do believe you ALL are very special and I'm proud to know ya !


 


  So heres to a thousand posts and with luck and grace I'll be here for 2000 and you ALL will be here too !!

I tell you- most of what dave has posted has gotten me to laugh; sometimes pretty dang hard.


He is the member who has made my all time favorite post tho- from the haiku thread- this is dave's haiku:

Most people laugh in mid-sip and soda or milk comes out their nose. When I read this, I was mid-sip with a hot cup of coffee. Yes pepsi will burn your nose, but nowhere near what coffee does. I must say my sinuses have been clear for weeks now tho. Thanks, Dave!
