I was flipping around the TV about bed time and started watching a movie that ended up being too good to want to stop. So, I stayed up too late and now I'm tired.
I think it's a chain reaction. I'm sleepy too. We came home late again from self defense class and had to finish up homework. I'm glad it was math; he's good (and fast) at math. Then I sat up and read some of a book I checked out at the library.
What was the movie, Web?

It was called "Armored". It was about a group of armored car workers who come up with a plan to heist their own delivery. The main character doesn't want any part of it, but financial troubles force him to go along with it. The plan seemed good, but as we all know, plans never work out like they are supposed to in movies.
It was not a deep movie, but the action and suspense was what kept me up watching to see how it all played out.
I rolled into the driveway at 8:50 last night. That'll throw a night off. I laid down at 10:30 and finished watching Castle. Then I laid there and watched an episode of The Golden Girls while I was trying to get my body into the unwind and go to sleep mode all at once. I'm tired. I could use a nap.
Let me know when it is either nap or beverage time.

Gideon Emery was in an episode of Castle. According to IMDB, the episode was called Almost Famous: "Responding to an "Officer Down" emergency call, Castle and Beckett's latest case takes a shocking turn when it's revealed that the victim isn't a cop but a male stripper dressed up as one. The murder leads them into the world of male strip clubs, the hardships of struggling actors, and the price that people pay in pursuit of fame. Did our victim's dreams of stardom get him killed, or was there something more nefarious afoot?" http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1628177/
I'm having a hard time getting into my work this morning. I want to finish the CA PPT returns today. There are only five remaining. I can do it! I just don't want to. But I have to. I need to. As soon as I finish these I can move on to the information prep for the KY, MO, OH and OR local returns. Now that the federal return is completed I have the information to work on the local apportionment file. I know, it sounds so exciting, doesn't it?

Good day, all. It has been a busy one around here. Presently I'm listening to some testing with one of our vendors and waiting on the boss to return from smoking his cigar so I can go finalize my individual performance management paperwork for this year.
The boy goes back to Iraq today. I'm bummed about that, but whatcha gonna do? It is what it is.
Fortunately it is warm today, which is nice. Presently 64* and rainy. The high is supposed to be in the 70's. The rest of the week will be cooler, but perhaps after this we will get full on into spring.
Hope everybody has a great day.

It was my first day as a slacker. No longer employed. Vagabond, maybe. Taking a creative break to prove or disprove my ability to be creative. Poop or get off the pot, get a day job. I give myself three months tops.

Man, I sometimes wonder what I'd do if I could stay home. I don't really have the attention span anymore to be creative. I don't think I'd last very long unemployed. Redrum! Redrum!
Good luck to you, Dan! Share with us your creations...
