It sounds like everyone had some nasty weather last night. We managed to avoid most of it, the flooding, thunderstorms, and tornadoes stayed mostly to the north of us. I heard about WI and PA getting some bad stuff though, hope everyone's OK.
Good morning! I have a benadryl hangover because I took it later than normal. Hopefully the coffee will counteract it soon.
Man, the weather is really bonkers all over the place. We didn't get anything too crazy, just a high winds, but most of the state is on a burn ban because of the high winds and lack of rain.
Hope everyone has a fantastic day!

Ugh, I DID NOT want to get out of bed today. That was the worst case of "no, I ain't moving" I've had in quite a while.
We didn't place in the pinewood derby races last night. We won the first heat race so we didn't race again until the finals. We got 2nd in winner's finals so we didn't get to move on to the last race. Logan was kinda bummed.
The $10 candy girl and family didn't come so we still have to do that.
Morning all. I'm trying to hang in but it is becoming increasingly hard. My butt is dragging. Well, maybe it is more my brain. Either or both, I have had a extremely hard time getting out of bed the last two mornings. I have not had a good night's sleep in about three weeks. All I want is a quiet, dark, solid eight hour sleep. Do I need to mention that there are three weeks remaining in the tax season and that the bulk of my remaining work needs to be completed in the next two?
At least in my drean I somehow knew it was Thursday. I guess that isn't exactly encouraging when you know you'll be in the office Saturday.

Good day, all. It is Thursday and I'm tired, but I'm here. No really nasty weather here yet, that is supposed to kick off tomorrow, but it is much colder. Presently 34* and really cloudy. Right now I'm listening to yet another round of call testing. Whee...
Fuzzy... you definitely need a break. When you are dreaming about work it is a bit much. It is like never getting any time away. And the crappy weather on top of it all doesn't help.
Web... I could totally nap too. Bummer about Logan not placing in the derby.
DS and MZ... hope the weather doesn't treat you too badly.
Hope everybody has a great day.

I'm patiently waiting for next week when I can enjoy a soda every now and again. I've had me on an extremely restrictive eating program all month so I could drop some serious lbs. before having to drag my big arse around to the other side of the globe. I've enjoyed some fairly decent success... lost about 18 lbs... still want to lose 5-10 more, but I need to hit the gym so I can be used to that sort of thing before it becomes a primary form of entertainment.

I'm taking the boss's advice... 2 suitcases: one with clothes, shoes, and all that. The other full of beef jerky, Pop-Tarts, Cheez-Its, and granola bars.

Don't take Bacon. Actually, wait, this is India, maybe you have to worry about the beef.
There's a comedian that has a skit about going to an Arabic country where you're not allowed to bring pork. He gets into customs, and there's these bacon bits on top of his clothes in a suitcase. Apparently as a joke, his dad put them in there knowing he wasn't supposed to have pork. He gets into a ton of trouble with it, then when he gets back in the states and confronts his dad, he finds out they were turkey bacon bits.
I really wonder how long it would take for a package to arrive there? I know it takes about 2 weeks to get something to the kid in Iraq, but I assume some of that is because they have to process it through the military mail system and actually locate where he is to deliver it.

In our area it was just super icy this morning. But in Green Bay they had one of the top five biggest March snowfalls in their history. 19" of the white crap. BLECH.
