yawn I'd like to be in bed right now.  It's duck weather today in the Tulsa metro -- cloudy and rainy.

I've noticed a pattern with a co-worker.  Whenever THE MAN is here and needs lunch stuff, she asks me to do the mail because I will have to also stop at the grocery store to get his lunch fixins.  Whatever, it still pays the same...

Morning all. It has been a disruptive kind of morning. Lots of people stopping by for stuff. Not sure if it is good or bad that it works like that while the boss is here for a few days. I guess the work stuff is good but the general merriment and ooooo candy is not.

Wait, what do you mean it is only 10:15? I feel like I've been here sooooo much longer.

Wait, what do you mean it is Tuesday? Are you sure it isn't Wednesday?

Good day, all. GAH... I've been anything but bored since I got to the office today. Wasn't in a hurry to get here since I worked for a while last night, but sheesh... must everything hit in one hour? So far I had a fight with my computer trying to get my e-mail to work with the latest password management software that was forced upon me, caught Little Man up on what all went on yesterday while he was out, set up some call testing for the vendor test call that I'm presently ignoring in favor of a different project call, submitted my weekly accomplishments report, responded to a couple e-mails, and fielded several text messages from the engineer from one of our database vendors who has apparently decided that he is a "fan".

I can't believe it isn't Wednesday yet. This week is already killin' me.

Just actually easing into my day.  I am off tonight but I slept in trying to catch up on some sleep I usually dont get on nights I work.

Just had some lunch and thought that I would see how my amigo's on the Forum are doing.

I think I'm doing. I may not be sure of what I am doing though.

My day will not be finished soon. I need to complete this file and then get it to the boss. This crap has caused me three days work. Grrr. Tomorrow I must get going on the TX PPT. The boss should review them while he is here.

I hope so. After all it is a Saturday. But more importantly, that night is the Tower of Power/Average White Band concert.

And FYI I have good seats for Steely Dan.

They are doing two shows - 9/9 and 9/10. I'm going 9/10. It is a Saturday. That is why I can go. I wouldn't try to do a concert on a work night.
