Backward Messages in Songs

As we've all heard, some suspect there are backward messages in some songs. This site lists the most common ones. I didn't realize that there are some that were intentionally done and those are listed too.

Most of todays songs don't have messages in them when you listen to them normal!

Judas Priest members also commented that if they wanted to insert subliminal commands in their music, killing their fans would be counterproductive, and they would prefer to insert the command "Buy more of our records".
Yeah, that'd make sense!

Anyone know how to play a song backwards as a CD or MP3? I must hear the message in Amused to Death, I LOVE that album!!!

Audacity will reverse audio. It's a free sound editor that is available here.

This is the program that I use to assemble the church's sermons to put on the web and also cd's for the shut-ins that don't have internet.

You'd just have to import the file (wave, mp3, ogg, etc) into Audacity and then highlight the section you want reversed and select "reverse" from the menu. You can then listen to it in Audacity or export it back out to a permanant file if you wish.
