I won't be around much today, the boy's track meet starts at 10:00. It's going to be a hot day here, yesterday we were in the high 80's. It will be hot for a track meet, but other years it's been cold and wet.

It was the perfect morning to walk to work. Not to hot, not too cold. I wore one shirt to walk in (long sleeved but moisture wicking) and brought another to change into in case I got cold or sweaty, but I probably didn't have to. It's only 62 here now, but it's supposed to get up into the 70's, so the Etch has turned the air conditioning on. I'm wishing I had brought a thick sweater...
Morning all. Another Monday indeed. And what a better way to start such day than with the boss asking dumb questions and then accidentially finding 682 tax codes that are incorrect and need to be changed? If it matters, I have corrected 140 so far.
Hope Web Jr runs his butt off and has a good time.

Good day, all. It is a nice morning here.. partly cloudy and 79* for the drive in. If it was slightly less humid, it would be perfect. Looking for a high today around 90*. Bring on summer!
I'm already looking forward to the week being over. The older boy will be coming up to work on my half bath this weekend. That will be my Mother's Day present from him. I can't wait.
Spoke with the younger boy yesterday. He's hanging in over there... only 6 more weeks in that region of the world, then he's going to spend a couple weeks vacationing in Europe, then he comes home for good. I'm relieved that he is almost out of there. It was good to get to chat with him for a while.
Meanwhile... back to this week. Vendor testing all week. Ah well... something to do. Got a couple nights to work in the exchange as well.
DS... I hope that gets better for you soon. I know it is a hard thing to deal with.
