Star, we used to go with my dad when he drove truck, It was a blizzard and a car was coming straight for us head on, so instead of hitting the car and probably killing them, my dad took the ditch and we rolled 3 times. A fence post came through the door where my brother and I were sitting. Luckily we were thrown towards the back before it did. I was 5 he was 7.

It was also Christmas Day that it happened. It was on a country road and my brother and I had taken our shoes off in the truck. The car either didn't see us or didn't bother to stick around to see if we were allright. We walked about a mile with no shoes on before someone picked us up. My dad was covered in blood from a gash on his head. We ruined the interior of their poor car. But we did get to go back to the nice peoples house for Christmas dinner.

Whenever I used to complain about walking to school my Dad would give me the old...

"I used to walk ten miles to and from school, and we were poor, so I had no shoes! And there'd be 10 inches of snow! And it was uphill BOTH ways!"

You ACTUALLY can tell your kids a story about walking without shoes in the middle of winter and you won't be lying!

The chicken probably started as an asexual one celled organism that multiplied, somewhere along the line, it decided to choose a gender, and the cells that resulted eventually formed into an egg. The question is if the organism that formed the egg could be called a chicken, or if even the first thing to hatch out of it could be called a chicken. (Hey, you asked!)
