Every once in awhile, I like to put on a Nancy Reagan wig and tell kids to "just say no". Not necesarily to drugs, just to things in general.

When I was in the third grade I cheated on an aptitude test and scored as a genius.

They put me through to the first year of high school a week later.

It all evened out in the end though as it took me 5 years to get through my freshman year.

I know alot of intelligent people who never finished high school. The reasons may vary, but it does happen. Some people need a classroom to learn...some people can learn on their own and do quite well learning the things that interest them. There are alot of ways up the mountain.

There is also something to be said for the school of hard knocks.

Ruby - I think that was a very strange coincidence. For some time there were just random thoughts being posted. You seemed just to pop up into someone's mind and they made a good point.
