I got weaseled today too. Our marketing assistant was out on vacation for a week, came back the following Monday, wasn't there on Tuesday because her daughter was sick, came back, worked the rest of the week, and then had an emergency today. Stuff happens, and I try to be understanding, but I wish everyone didn't expect me to do her job while she's out, I don't know where she keeps half the stuff!
