It was something with my antivirus software. I ended up calling them to solve the mystery!

Ruby, could you please explain to Dylan what you did.

His computer has more viruses than the Center For Disease Control!

The guy actually walks away from a few minutes on the computer with a low grade fever and the sniffles.

I told him to go to trendmicro.com. It saved my computer about a year ago.

That's no good.

His computer would sense he's going to a website to fix the viruses and would reroute him to something bad.

Then it would probably hit him with an electric shock.

I'm not kidding, the ONLY thing holding that computer together is 4 years worth of viruses.

It's a virtual Hall Of Fame of viruses in there.

Really though, it is worth a shot. I was told that the virus was non deletable, but trendmicro was able to delete it. I did have to have a geek show me a backdoor to the internet to trick it to that site, so I feel his pain!
