Kids are fast! I know that from experience. If my daughter is quiet for more than a couple of minutes, I better go looking for her. I keep a pretty close eye on my kids, but it's amazing what they can do when you have to take a potty break. My son painted an electrical outlet with fingernail polish when I was on a bathroom break once. Luckily I had outlet protectors on there. He also received third degree burns on his forehead, arm and stomach when I was right there with him in the kitchen. He had been sick and I had made him some jell-o and made myself some tea. I put the tea all the way back on the counter so that he couldn't reach it. As I was putting the jell-o in the fridge to cool, he stepped on a drawer and tipped the mug with his finger and it spilled on him. That was horrible. It's amazing that I survived their terrible two's or that they did.
