I think I pushed it too much this weekend. I am so sore.
Our power went out at home right before bedtime last night. It came back on a bit after midnight. I know that, because the neighbors air conditioners started back up. It's amazing how loud something is that you're just used to hearing all the time. It's also amazing how many people run their air conditioner in 60 degree weather.
The power must have went out here at work too. We had no network first thing this morning, so I had to hunt down the router and restart it. But I know where it is now.
I am SO in need of a mental health day or two from my job, but I don't think this is the week it'll be happening.
MZ, the people above me ran their air conditioning into November last year. It was upper 40's and I had the heat on, they were running their air conditioner. I know they have skylights up there, I don't know if that makes their place that much hotter or what, but I couldn't believe they were running their air with the outside temperatures around 47 or 48.
Brr! Man, I turn off my air and open my windows if the temp is below 80, and often into the 80's depending on humidity. I can't believe air conditioners don't freeze up when they do that.
Hi all. I'm just passing through. Been scheduling payments and recently finished. Going to quickly swallow some lunch. Have a 2pm meeting.
I was sad because while we were at an outdoor festival late Saturday afternoon I had to put jeams on. Naturally be early evening I had to put the sweatshirt on too.

It will be a tough game. It seems to work out that when the coaches (usually dads) do the draft, they pick their son's buddies . . . which makes sense. It's the same way in baseball. The problem is that you end up with a bunch of mostly younger kids playing a bunch of mostly older ones. In this case, it's mostly 5th graders against mostly 6th graders. The team we're playing tonight has a lot of BIG kids on it.
Oh yeah . . . and I'm pretty sore today. When you only have 14 kids on a team and a couple of them are gone at practice, you end up with dads being the scrimmage opponents and blocking dummies. I was an I back for about 1/2 hour last night which was actually kind of fun, but I haven't ran that much in a long time. I'm feeling it today.
