Are we sure it is Friday? Could have sworn it was Saturday. But I am at my desk, so maybe not. It has been a long work week. I did over my week's time before I left last night. And to think I didn't even get in yesterday morning until 9:45. The headache I have had for three days hasn't helped.
I have time to take. I need to schedule myself a three day weekend.

Oh yeah, I'm going home. So there. I did 48 hours and that is enough for five days. They certainly don't pay me enough and they have the nerve to tell me my healthcare costs are going up again this year. And that is for a crappy plan too.

November will actually be less stressful than October I think. At least all my time will be dedicated to one thing. Right now it's stuff like cooking and freezing additional suppers so I won't have to cook as many suppers in November, and cleaning house extra well since it's going to go a month being mostly neglected, stuff like that.
It doesn't help that my sister wants to come down at the same time that Dark Carnival (the film festival that I've been planning to go to for the past year) is going on, which is the same weekend as my friends' wedding out of town. That leaves this weekend to give the house a thorough cleaning and buy extra groceries to start the cooking extravaganza. But first, I promised to go scrapbooking with friends tonight (since I won't be going next month). Next weekend, I plan to go to the film fest Friday night and Saturday morning, then leave in time to meet my sister in Indy to give her the key to my house (because her boyfriend has a class that morning so they can't make it down sooner), go to the wedding, crash at our hotel, then head back down to Bloomington Sunday morning hopefully in time to see my sister a little bit before she has to go back home. Then the weekend after that is pre-Halloween, and we're going up to Chicago.
In December, I'm moving to a shack on a warm sunny beach and becoming a hermit.
