Here's a couple pics of the boy. We didn't get too crazy this year. Not much of a costume, but he had a great time and that's what counts. We were planning on painting his face in camo, but at the last minute, he wouldn't go for that.
Then this morning, our Boxer girl is all broken out in hives for some reason. I feel sorry for her, she's sooooooo itchy.
Being a short haired dog, the hives really show up. Even her eye is swolen and during the night, she scratched her face raw from the itching.
Our vet wasn't in yet, (just the helpers) so I had to leave her there for awhile
Poor girl! I hope she comes out okay! It's probably just an allergic reaction to something. I'd bet they'll give her an antihistamine shot, and maybe a cortizone shot, and she'll lay around for the rest of the day. Poor thing!
Very nice! Logan can gaurd my porch anytime! Web, my dog nocked a karosene sp. lamp over on his leg and got really bad hives from it. Can you smell anything on her? Or has she been in the shop?

Sometimes, when i'm lonely... i crawl into a laundry basket and tickle my ears. But, Some times I don't...
We really don't know what caused it. She ate a couple pumpkin seeds that fell on the floor Sunday night, my wife got her a kind of rawhide bone that she'd never had before Sunday afternoon . . . just little things like that. Yeah, she goes to the shop with me every day and I'm pretty careful about not leaving stuff open that she could get into.
I don't think it's a "poision" because she acts fine other than the itching. She ate food last night at bedtime and seems normal that way. I think she just got something that she's alergic to.
Some bumps are coming back tonight . . . the shot must be wearing off. She's on oral meds tonight and tomorrow, hopefully she will get better overnight not worse. She's sleeping pretty well so I hope that is a good sign.
