We used to have a thread a while back for things that we could live without ever hearing about on the news again. I can't remember what it was called, so I'm just starting a new one. I thought I might also include some headlines that are just so sick and wrong one wonders whatever happened to the editor position:

 

I could personally live without hearing another word regarding Conrad Murray. Yep... guilty. Kinda saw that coming. Let's get over it, shall we?

Kim Kardashian's divorce. Really, who cares?

Agreed, on all accounts.

I'm also sick of hearing that another politician sexually harassed his employees. Isn't that a requirement anymore?
