I have a Scooby Doo plastic thing on my keyring that my son got me for Mother's Day a long time ago. I also have a round yellow plastic thing that has our local bank logo on it. There are two rings hooked together. The one ring has the yellow plastic thing and that has the keys for the church hall on it for when I have Cub Scout meetings. The Scooby Doo one is the one that has all my other keys. I have a key for my van and for my hubby's truck and his electronic do-hickey (yes, that is it's technical name) to open the doors, a key to the post office box, a key to the shed, a key to my house and a key to my mom's house on there. It's huge, but I had a tendency to lose my keys before. Now they are hard to miss. When I was a teenager, I had a keyring that had one key on it, but had tons of keyrings that I had collected. It was massive. I still have it somewhere. My favorite one was a keyring from my grandpa's old 66 gas station that had his name on it. A close second was the deringer that actually shot caps. I loved that keyring, but it definitely did not fit in my pocket (especially since my jeans usually looked like they were painted on!).

2 motorcycle keys (should take those off as it's not running now anyway) 2 van keys (GM: separate door and ignition) 1 pickup key 1 car key 2 church keys 1 house/office key (same key works in both)
I just looked at the last post and realized that I haven't changed my avatar back. That shows how longs it's been since I've really been able to get in here. I'm changing it back now.

I've got one of those hook thingys with the Indianapolis Zoo on it so I can hook my key ring to my belt. I've got my car key, house key, and work key on it along with a jillion store discount cards. Then, on a seperate key ring with it's own hook (so I can hook it on my key ring) I have the mailbox key. We only got one, so it goes with whoever is more likely to check the mail that day. I used to have a detachable dual key ring thingy with my car key on one and all the other keys on the other so I can leave my car running while I go back in my house for whatever I've forgot. Since the cold weather is coming, I have a feeling I'll probably switch back to that...
