How does your show work? Why can't we requests the songs you play on underground 80s??

Nope- the Underground 80s and Jazz 101 vaults are on a completely different server than the request server. Songs have to be requested the OLD FASHIONED way- contact the DJ!


Its actually good for the main server this way too- shut it down for 1/2 a day and let it recover. Duct-tape the loose parts, put out the smouldering wires, change the oil every 3000 hours or 30,000 requests, which ever comes first!

I know Sunday nights are rough, it being the weekend, its usually a great night on tv (I am told), but I faithfully chug on! 6 pack and then JD on Sunday Night!! C'mon weekend crowd!!!!lol

LOL! So true!


I saw the Kind open for Duran Duran, but OMD opened for the Power Station, The Outfield opened for Starship?!?? and Fiona opened for Bryan Adams. Just went through some more stubs. Some bands are actually better than the main act!

OMG!!!! I saw Fiona open for Brian Adams too!!! HOLY 1985!!! I would have NEVER remembered that had you not mentioned it! That was the first concert I ever attended, and she was the first "big" performer I ever saw. Holy blast from the past!!

I wanna say about 5 yrs ago I saw the Psychedelic Furs open for B-52's open for the Go-Gos. In this case, in my opinion, the bill was COMPLETELY BACKWARDS!!! FURS WERE ASTOUNDING, B-52's were fun as always, GO-GO's were ok.


Saw the Furs tho last year on a single bill and THEY WERE AMAZING!!!! like 6 ft away it was 1986 again!!!

The sad part for me was that it was supposed to be Survivor and they cancelled
