Answer: If you answered that you are first, then you are absolutely wrong! If you overtake the second person and you take his place, you are second!

You can't overtake the last person as you would already be last.

So, if you are overtaking the last person then you are "suddenly joining a race already in progress" ??

I did one like that with my daughter. Dropping quarters into my palm and asking how many are there... she never missed the first one, which doesn't make a noise.

If you overtake the last person, then you would be first and lapping them, unless first already lapped the last person.

Web is right- Answer: If you answered that you are second to last, then you are wrong again. Tell me, how can you overtake the LAST person?!
