If you had to choose, would you give up your sight or your hearing?

No hearing would be no FFR , but I would not have to hear a lot that I do not care to hear! I think it would have to be hearing. My sight is too valuable and I would have to rely on someone more that way than the other!

Without a doubt hearing would be my choice. I think loss of sight would be a much greater handicap than hearing.

I'm an artist. I'd have to give up my hearing.

While I'd regret not being able to hear my music anymore, I'd go with hearing. In fact, sometimes I wish I were deaf already. Silence is golden.

can sense of taste be an option?  or smell?   losing any of the senses would be no fun.  I don't know if I could choose.

If I HAD to shoose I would lose my hearing.  I'm about half deaf anyway.  I could still see the kids play basketball.  I could still see my grandson's smile.  I could look away whenever my husband was yapping at me for not doing the laundry.  Yeah.  Hearing would be the one.
