well, I do like most of those except for Springsteen and Seger.  Mellencamp is about the only "blue collar rocker" I ever really liked.

Did anyone catch her Live8 performance? 17 agonizing minutes of her trying to get the crowd to sing along, and they just hated it. It was like this repetative annoying gnat I heard from the tv in the next room. I shut her off. She is no Tito Jackson!

actually, most reviews that I read on it thought that Madonna's performance stole the show.  You're just a hater   j/k

really?? I should have paid more attention. I will give madonna this- I never missed a day of highschool my freshman or sophmore year. Madonna wanna-be's were it back then. The pouting, the lace....yessire I went to school with pneumonia, plague, gout....I WOULD NOT let ANY illness deprive me of a single day of missing 1000 wanna -be girls. This was THE BEST era in the history of the world to be a teenage boy MARK MY WORDS!

 I read a review of this cd by a NY daily news guy early last week , he was right , it aint no Tito !
