*PROGRAMMING NOTE: UNDERGROUND 80's AND JAZZ 101 ON HIATUS

Hello All-

I will be going on temporary hiatus in order to allow station manager and my buddy Riggs to spend as much time as possible with his father. There may or may not be reruns of Underground 80's and/or Jazz 101 set up in the cue, depending whether or not Riggs has an oppourtunity to stop into the studio on Sundays.

Those of you who regularly visit this forum know of the health challenges Rigg's father is facing. I ask all of you to please keep him and the entire Riggs family in your thoughts and prayers.

JD

riggs just popped on IM to tell me that he did indeed stop by the studio and will be cueing up a couple of the recorded shows.

Stay tuned for some great music from a newbie dj jd from back in the day. Maybe this will be the one where the studio caught fire! Or the night I was really chatty, but the mic was off! Or the night I accidently electrocuted myself! We will see!!

Hey JD,

Something was wrong with that Underground 80's file. It showed as 56 minutes, but after about 4 minutes it fades out and goes to the next song. I wonder if there was a long silent spot in the file? That may trigger the gap killer.

Oh well, I cued up TWO Jazz 101's for you!

I think this was the jazz 101 where I tried to show you how I could do a shot of Jack through my nostril while standing on my head....oh well, it was good music that night at least!

Not many of my listeners visit the freeze frame forum (mostly my forum buds), but I am able to log in from home and check listener stats. Good numbers tonight, even for a rebroadcast. I want to thank my listeners for their support. Thank you for enjoying my shows, you being here make it worth-while!
