Last week was a pretty bad week, but for reasons BESIDES his cancer.
He fell, and bruised his side pretty badly. His legs and feet swelled up very much, the doctors said he was dehydrated from sleeping too much and not drinking and eating enough.
He had a rotator cuff tear, and the pain meds were making him drowsy, which is why he slept so much.
Now he's off the pain meds on just on ibuprofin, which is making him more alert.
Late last week his oxygen level was dangerously low, so now he's on 24 hour a day oxygen at home, but we're hoping that's temporary.
He goes to get a port put in his chest on Wednesday and hopefully Friday we'll FINALLY restart chemo.
They'll also be doing radiation now because they found some small growths in a few spots around his body.
