Happy Friday the 13th!

Good day all.

I'm doing the Friday dance.  I don't even have any plans for this weekend.  The house is still fairly clean, the fridge is nearly full, so I think it's a light chore weekend even.  I see screenwriting, video games, and maybe some movies in my future.

To celebrate, I think I'll watch a scary movie tonight.

Or just buy a cake.

Another funky Friday the 13th. This one better be good to me. Although, I don't see how that can happen yet. I guess if everything goes the way I want it today I'll consider it a victory. I'm going to stop lying to myself about departure times. For now, my checks came out nice and early and I making my way through the pile. I got a little worried when it was 10am and the guy doing assembly and the labeling of my enveloped for my ocals returns wasn't here. But no worry, he is here now.

Eventually I'll go home and get the front lawn mowed tonight. I made a decision to make cheesesteaks and waffle fries for dinner. So if anyone wants to come over, let me know. I probably should also wash a load of towels. Maybe I'll put them in before I mow. Tomorrow I'll be here until I get done what I need to do. Hopefully that will just be the use tax schedules. That should only be a few hours.

Okay, back to work.

Howdy.

We finally got some good rain last night. Had a round of hail about 11:00pm, but it wasn't much. We are dry and needed the wet.

Got word this morning that we have been approved for health insurance. They upcharged us on my wife's portion 10% which puts us at $610/month.

That's about all I got.

Hang in there Fuzzy!

Good day, all. Its a wet one here (we too need the rain) and scheduled to be a stormy weekend. Apparently several of us are in for that possibility as there is an area of storm activity from Texas up through Wisconsin that they are saying has a high potential for tornadoes and large hail. Could be exciting!

Not sure what my weekend plans will include. I'm probably going to stay fairly close to home. It will be a three day weekend for me. My oldest niece is getting married at the courthouse in Junction City, KS, on Monday.

Assuming my house doesn't get sucked away to Oz over the weekend, I will be getting my new guttering installed on Wednesday. Another step in the direction of having a home that looks like it might actually be liveable!

At this juncture, I believe I have done all of the actual work I am going to do for the day today. Got quite a bit done toward a couple projects that are still pending out there. Alas, I've hit the point where I'm waiting on someone else to do their piece... and that guy is out of the office today.

Hope everyone stays safe and has a great weekend.

Do it today, do it tomorrow. I missed my window of opportunity with the traffice. It is going to suck going home, so what is a little more time? Either sit in traffic or make use of the time so I don't have to do it tomorrow. Besides, how do you leave when someone is helping you out with stuffing envelopes. I must go check on him and help him finish. There were about 30 KY returns that needed to be done.

I told you this morning I was going to stop lying to myself.

I'll go home soon.
