I think because it's too big of a gif Mz.

I can't seem to resize it in my software :(

Maybe Web can help me out? It has to be no bigger than 100 pixels and right now the larger edge of it is like 108

Well now, I didn't say I "couldn't" do it. lol

. . . its just more work than I want to try to tackle on an unstable computer. My new one will hopefully be here Wednesday.

Nope, I used used ImageReady. That's where I usually make my animated gifs, rollovers, etc.
