I've read where many of us have said we are going to try to lose weight and get in better shape this year. Yeah for us!
I remember many months ago a thread started (I think it was Mz) about having a cyber support group here as we work on this together. Several of us said we were up for it, but it never went anywhere.
Shall we try again?
If so, what would be the intent here on the forum? A weekly personal weigh in and then post your lb. loss? Should we work up a spread sheet where you send your actual results to one of us to track % lbs lost? Not to make it a "competition" but more of a "motivation" to have a good number on Monday morning? Do we want to post our actual weights to track? I personally don't have an issue with that, but some might.
So, I'm asking. I'm all for it. Who is truly serious about this, and what do we want to do as a group? I've never actually been part of a group like this so I don't have very good ideas.
