I absolutely hate, "At the end of the day." One time, at a companywide meeting, we played BS bingo (which was my idea and I totally got in trouble for) where you identified the catch phrases that the speaker used and marked off that square to see if you got bingo. "At the end of the day" ended up being said over 10 times!
Oh, got another! "Advocate." Companies are using that word without really knowing what it means. A customer service person is not an Advocate, they're usually the opposite!!!!
The company I work for is called CS Logistics. LOGISTICS is TOTALLY overused right now. EVERYBODY throws that word into the description of their company.
