The USC Texas game ended with the Longhorns defeating USC 41-38.
There was over 1000 yards in offense and the play makers were phenomenal on both sides.
Texas' QB Vince Young may be the best college football player I ever saw in a big game. This kid is a junior....he had incredible accuracy passing and rushed for 200 yards, scored 3 TDs rushing...including the game winner with 19 seconds left.
This kid was the runner up for the Heisman Trophy...wow...no disrespect to Reggie Bush, the winner; but Young will be huge in the NFL if he stays healthy....he has an amazing will to win.
Texas is truly a deserving National Champion....and they beat a 2 time defending national champ to do it.
Dylan, I agree. Young may have turned in the best "Big Game" performance I have ever seen. I couldn't believe how calm and composed he was. If he turns pro this year he's the first pick by a mile.
I'm not a football fan but I saw the end of this game voluntarily. Man, that Vince Young can run, sidestep tackles & then throw a great pass. My guess. He'll go pro.
Did anyone notice how biased ABC seemed? They showed all kinds of USC parents & alumni during the game then the first 2 guys interviewed were the USC coach & quarterback. Um...they LOST. C'mon. Where's the love for Longhorns??? (They're Big 12 so I hate them in basketball but I can cheer for 'em in football).
