Good afternoon Ultimo, good morning all.
I was listening yesterday but I couldn't post at all. I was too busy! I had more phone calls yesterday than I had the previous two weeks. So far it looks like more of the same today. I might be around later. Now I must go put out a couple of fires and take care of a few other things before they become fires.

Actually Pambo, on days when I'm really dragging, I usually get a Sobe energy drink, such as: But it's an herbal high, not caffiene. (I don't like most of those canned syrupy Red Bull type energy drinks. They taste disgusting and they make me jittery.) Or, if I think I need the caffeine, I get

All I usually do is drink mass quantities of Diet Dr. Pepper.  I'm not grown up enough to handle the hard stuff.
