Anyone else claustrophobic?

I am, and I just had to share this. It's hilarious and scary at the same time.

LOL! I am somewhat claustrophobic, but more scared of heights. However, MRIs do not scare me, I guess cause I know they have to do it to see what is wrong with you!

I am to an extent. Like crowded indoor places. but I don't think I'd like to be trapped in and MRI either.

I don't know if I could do an MRI, I'd probably freak out.

I am okay. Heights don't bother me either.

I do get vertigo with heights, but I kind of like it.

Moreso a fear of heights is a fear of ladders. good god, I don't care if I am 2 stories up or 2 feet up on a stepladder I hate it!

I'm not claustrophobic.

I don't really have a "fear" of heights more of a "respect". I get a little nervous being high, but its not enough to keep me from doing what I need to do. I have a 40' ham radio tower than I have to go up a few times a year for antenna maintenance. It's strange that some days I get really nervous and others it's like I'm standing on the ground and doesn't bother me at all.

hey web, does wind factor into your respect for heights on the tower? I'd think a bit of swaying, or even perceived swaying, would make me want down in a hurry!

Yes, it does . . . I usually don't climb when it's windy. The worst thing is when you are on the tower and working up over your head and a fast moving cloud goes over. You swear the whole tower is going down!

I am glad that the aluminum foil tower we use for the station wouldn't support my weight. Riggs would have my up there whenever anything went wrong- change the red lightbulb to alert the planes, etc. its just easier to knock it over, change the bulb, and set it upright again.

Is it actually a bulb on the top . . . or is it really just a bit of red paint?

With a dollop of glow in the dark paint over it?

Mildly claustrophobic, but I've never had a MRI so I don't know how I'd react.  I too share the fear of heights.

Pambo is off today, so I'll answer for her too:  Terribly claustrophobic.  She didn't know that until she went for a MRI.  It was a bad deal.

naw actually it has one of the bike break lights on top. runs on 2 D batteries. THe tower is only 70 ft tall, so its more of a caution light for birds, bats, & the occasional flying model airplane and ufos.
