She did very well. 3.2 GPA. She starts the second semester tomorrow. I think this round will be a bit tougher. She's getting more of the core classes. Chemistry and biology. The average gpa getting into the school of dentistry is 3.4 so she's right there.
She's wants to be a Dental Hygentist. But that could change.
She's living at home. IUPUI is predominately a commuter campus. There used to be hardly any campus housing. But that is changing. But there are not any traditional type dorms. Plus that saves a ton on the tuition.
Actually that is probably good for more than financial reasons. Living away from home can really alter the school experience and makes a lot of kids not like school because of the hardships of living with roommates and trying to be independent and not go off the deep end!
